The JMU Mini-baja Team is a group of students motivated towards the common goal of competing in as many of the SAE Baja competitions as possible. These competition will require the team to work together and delegate tasks to design, manufacture, promote, construct, and raise their own funding to build a mini-baja vehicle. The SAE requires the team to follow a strict set of rules so innovation and creativity will be applied to help the JMU team stand out. This year they hope to have the mini-baja running on an alternative fuel that will soon be determined, as well as have a second engine that runs on standard fuel. The JMU Baja Team is always accepting new members regardless of major, for more information feel free to e-mail any of the Baja team members.
